Texas Values Action Announces Updated Runoff Endorsements

May 19, 2020

Austin – Texas Values Action is proud to share their endorsements for the 2020 Republican Primary Runoff Election in Texas. Due to the response to COVID-19, Gov. Greg Abbott has delayed the runoffs, originally scheduled for May 26th, to July 14th with early voting beginning June 29th. In the face of increasing attacks on religious liberty, marriage and family, and life, the 2020 Elections offer a great opportunity for Texans to elect principled conservative candidates who will fight for faith, family, and freedom at all levels of government.

“We are proud to endorse candidates who will fight for the values that Texans believe in. The current COVID-19 pandemic has only reinforced the importance of electing leaders from the Texas Capitol all the way to Washington D.C. who will ensure religious freedom flourishes, families prosper, and every unborn child is valued.” said Texas Values Action Vice President David Walls.

Texas Values Action only endorses candidates who demonstrate a firm commitment to protecting religious liberty, marriage and family, and innocent human life.

Texas Values Action has also released the most comprehensive voter guide in Texas. Powered by iVoterGuide, the guide includes an issue questionnaire, candidate voting records and legislative scores, where candidates are spending their money, who is donating to their campaign, and a panel review by grassroots activists across the state.
