AUSTIN, Texas — April 22, 2024: Texas Values Action is proud to announce our endorsements for the 2024 Runoff Election. In the face of increasing attacks on religious liberty, marriage and family, and life, the 2024 Elections offer a great opportunity for Texans to elect principled conservative candidates who will fight for faith, family, and freedom at all levels of government.  Texas Values Action only endorses candidates who demonstrate a firm commitment to protecting religious liberty, marriage and family, and innocent human life.

Texas Values Action released 3 new endorsed candidates for the May 28, 2024 Runoff Elections. Our new endorsements include:

  • A.J. Louderback – TX House District 30 (Dewitt, Lavaca)
  • Alan Schoolcraft – TX House District 44 (Guadalupe, Gonzales)
  • John O’Shea – U.S. House District 12 (Tarrant, Parker)

Texas Values Action has also previously endorsed the following runoff candidates:

  • Ben Bius – TX House District 12 (Walker, Brazos, Grimes)
  • Katrina Pierson – TX House District 33 (Rockwall)

  • Brent Hagenbuch – TX Senate District 30 (Denton, Collin)

Texas Values Action has not currently made an endorsement in the Texas House District 21 Phelan/Covey runoff, however, this race is under review.

Regarding these endorsements, Texas Values Action President and Attorney Jonathan Saenz released the following statement:

“Protecting innocent human life and supporting mothers, religious freedom and all the values that make Texas great, must be done every election cycle. Voters need to show up to make sure parents aren’t treated like “domestic terrorists,” pro-death ideologies don’t take over, and to keep God from being erased in Texas.”
