This is the LAST action alert we will do this session: SB 12 by Senator Hughes and Representative Shaheen is almost done and needs one final push to get the conference committee report version of the bill approved!

SB 12 would prohibit children from being exposed to sexually oriented performances, particularly drag queen shows, and would impose a civil penalty for performers and organizers of these sexual performances.

SB 12 has been passed by both the House and Senate, and all that’s left is for the House and Senate to adopt the conference committee report.

The bill conference committee report is eligible to come up in the House for adoption this afternoon at 3:10PM!

We need you to contact your legislators and urge them to support adoption of the conference committee report and ask Rep. Shaheen to make the motion to adopt.
