Texas Values Action proudly endorses Wayne Christian in the runoff election for Texas Railroad Commissioner. Christian is a former conservative State Representative with strong oil and gas experience, having served as Chairman of the Regulated Industries Committee and two terms as a member of the Energy Committee.

During his time in the Texas House, Christian was a leader on faith, family, and freedom issues and was consistently rated as one of the most conservative legislators in the House. The May 24 Republican Primary runoff is between Wayne Christian and Gary Gates.

“Wayne Christian is a proven conservative leader with the experience needed to serve the people of Texas on the Railroad Commission. His distinguished record of fighting for Texas values and strong experience dealing with energy policy, make him the best choice in this race,” said Jonathan Saenz, President of Texas Values Action.
