Texas Values Action Endorses Brent Webster for Texas Court of Criminal Appeals

Texas Values Action proudly endorses Brent Webster for the open seat election for Texas Court of Criminal Appeals, Place 5. Webster has served the people of Texas in Williamson County as a prosecutor and currently as General Counsel to the District Attorney’s Office. The Court of Criminal Appeals is the state’s highest appellate court for criminal cases.

“Brent Webster is a constitutional conservative that has a proven record as a conservative prosecutor in Williamson County. His record of pro-family leadership, staunch defense of the First Amendment, and dedication to fighting for victims is exactly the kind of Judge the people of Texas are looking for on the Court of Criminal Appeals,” said Jonathan Saenz, President of Texas Values Action.
